I have managed to get hold of some sesame seed oil from a local pharmacy. I must say that for the last three days I have not suffered any bleeding. Its much like the oil my son uses on his cricket bat, but it has stopped my hooter from drying out and no claret!
I will posy an update - so far its worth a try and has worked a lot better than my last prescription cream.

Its been a few weeks now and with the warm dry weather and at night I have experienced a few claret attacks although they are mild & manageable. This is the best treatment for the drying of the nose lining i have tried to date.
