I've been using Amicar, it stopped my nose bleeds from everyday to maybe once a week. The time has been reduced to. I used to have three to five hour, nose bleeds. Now, only minutes. There are several articles in The New England Journal of Medicines. I'm 64, and have a huge family history of HHT. Lost several Uncle's and an Aunt, my Father and Grandfather. The other medicine one may want to try is tomoxifen, which I understand will reduce the nose bleeds
